Getting Started with Archer: Introduction to Archer

This 20-minute interactive course provides a high-level, easy to understand overview of the purpose of the Archer Suite, its most common use cases, and how Archer can benefit an organization interested in governance, risk and compliance.

Getting Started with Archer: Foundational Skills

This 30-minute self-paced course provides an overview of the foundational skills required by any Archer user, regardless of use case. Designed for individuals new to Archer, the video will get users up and running before attending the Developing Archer Power Users and Business Analysts course or the Admin I training. (v6.9)

Getting Started with Archer: Deployment Options

This 30-minute On-demand course explores each deployment scenario available for Archer. The training content also includes criteria for decision-making purposes and shows why or when you may choose one deployment option over the other.

Archer New User Experience

This one-day activity driven course will guide new Archer users in navigating the user interface, entering records, completing assigned workflow tasks, searching, reporting, and customizing the interface. The skills learned during this foundational course can be generalized to a client specific environment.

Developing Archer Power Users and Business Analysts

This two-day course will teach participants how to “Think Archer” and to effectively create Archer specific business requirements and map workflows. The course fosters the development of Archer Power-users and Business Analysts within your organization to bridge the knowledge-gap between standard Archer Users and System Administrators. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the out-of-the-box Archer use cases and begin expanding their skills to become future Archer application owners.

This 4-day training course is intended to give new Archer platform administrators a foundation of knowledge that will equip them to build applications, set up access control, and create dashboards and reports for their users. After taking this training, students will be able to begin planning, configuring, and managing an Archer environment.

This 4-day classroom-based training is intended to expand the knowledge of Archer administrators and equip them to leverage platform functionality not explored in the Administration I course.
