Archer Administration II
This 4-day training course is intended to expand the knowledge of Archer administrators and equip them to leverage platform functionality not explored in the Administration I course. After taking this course, students will be able to create complex reports, configure Advanced Workflow, build data feeds, and manage questionnaire campaigns. Participation in Archer Administration I or equivalent work experience is strongly suggested to be successful in the course. Admin I topics will not be covered in the course.

This course includes an overview of Archer Engage and discusses how to install the Archer Engage Agent. It includes how to set up both Archer Engage for Vendors and Archer Engage (formerly known as Archer Engage for Business Users). Additionally, it provides some troubleshooting tips and tricks and reviews how to retrieve the Archer Engage Agent logs.
