To Register:

This two-day course is designed for Archer “power users” who have surpassed basic end user functions and would like to extend their Archer skills, but do not need administrator-level training.  Power users will gain guided practice with advanced searching and reporting, creating and running data imports, creating and organizing widgets and dashboards, and high-level exposure to Archer Advanced Workflow, access control, and advanced records management.

Archer business users and/or decision-makers who are interested in learning more about what Archer can do.

Prerequisite Knowledge/Skills

To be successful in this course, students already should be able to:

  • Create and edit records
  • Perform a global search
  • Perform an advanced search against a keyword
  • Identify a widget, dashboard, and workspace
  • Identify a workspace, solution, and application

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  1. Use search tools to retrieve information
  2. Create and edit reports and charts
  3. Build personal dashboards 
  4. Perform an Archer data import
  5. Audit an Archer workflow from creation to close
