Training Purchase Expiration Information

Unless otherwise specified within your sales contract, all training purchases expire 12 months after the date of purchase. We encourage all learners to consume purchased training as soon as possible. Unused training credits will expire after 12 months. If you are nearing the end of your 12-month usage period and still have credits remaining, we suggest the following:

  • Enroll in on-demand training. A new 12-month clock begins ticking with each on-demand training enrollment. Example: If you have purchased credits in January, and in December realize you still have 4000 credits to consume, enroll someone in on-demand training. They will have 12 months of access to that training from the date of enrollment.
  • Enroll in a later live (still currently delivered via Zoom) training class. As long as the student is enrolled prior to the expiration date, the credits can still be consumed. Kindly note that enrollments in later training classes are locked into the selected date, and rescheduling is not permitted with expired credits.

Payment Options

Credit Card 

  • Archer Academy currently accepts a variety of Payment Options (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
  • A confirmation will be generated once your credit card has been processed. This can take up to two business days.

Training Credits

  • If you are registering for training with Training Creditsplease Contact Us providing your Purchase/Sales Order Number (if available), along with the class (date & location) you would like to attend. We will personally attend to your registration and deduct the applicable training credits from your organization's balance.
  • If you are looking to purchase Training Credits, you will need to work with your account manager to obtain a quote for a Purchase Order.

On-Demand Subscriptions

  • Access a variety of On-Demand training at a discounted price with an On-Demand Subscription.
  • Subscription is valid for 1 year after activation (subscriptions expire 1 year from initial purchase date).

Cancelation Policy

Cancelation by Customer

  • Changes to a course order will only be accepted in writing (email is fine).
  • If for any reason you wish to reschedule a training course your request must be received at least ten (10) business days prior to the start date for the scheduled training course for which you registered.
  • Full tuition will be charged for rescheduling requests received less than ten (10) business days prior to the start date for the scheduled training course.
  • The same rules apply to any virtually delivered training courses as well.
  • Please note that once activated, any On-Demand training courses may not be substituted for another course, as it will be viewed as delivered and consumed.

Cancelation of a course by Archer Academy:

  • Archer Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to low enrollment or if necessitated by other circumstances.
  • We will notify you via email at least 10 business days prior to the course start date in the event a scheduled class is cancelled.
  • Once notified, you may reschedule or receive a full credit. 
  • Archer shall not be liable for non-refundable travel arrangements if a course is rescheduled/canceled.


  1. Self-Paced Classes:
    • No refund / Late charge of 100.00% will be applied if dropped after purchase. (Applicable on all payment methods used to purchase Self-paced courses).

  2. Instructor Led and Virtual Classes:
    1. Payment Made By Credit Card:
      • If refund requested 15+ days prior to the course start date, you will receive a full refund & option to drop for self if registered using credit card.
      • No refund 14 days prior to class start. Late charge of 100.00% will be applied.

    2. Payment made by Training Credit:
      • If refund requested 15+ days prior to the course start date you will receive a full refund of the applicable training credits back to your organization's balance. 
      • Please contact us and our team will be more than glad to support.
      • No refund 14 days prior to class start. Late charge of 100.00% will be applied.

  3. Subscription:
    • A full refund (self-service) within (1) day of your purchase. Subscription can’t be cancelled after (1) day.
    • A Subscription transfer to another person may be allowed, depending on if the Subscription has been used or not. Kindly refer to the FAQ included here for more information.
