"An unexpected error has occurred" problem

Dear Archer Team, 

Greetings,

I'm writing this message to ask about a problem I face these days with the Archer platform in my organization. when I try to import an Excel file, there is a problem occurs and the message shows "An unexpected error has occurred"!

I tried many times to import the file but it didn't work.

please I need your support in this please.

Overall, how do you import file, if you are using Data Import function, then u need to use CSV or TXT format, not native Excel.
