javascript utilities are not working

Hi All, 

Currently we are in Version 6.3 P5 and we have JavaScript utilities (Custom Object fields) to update the controls for compliance activities. These utilities pulls the information from one Archer application and inserting into the another archer application.

This doesn’t seem to work as expected sometimes in IE and in Edge as well.

When we test the JavaScript utilities, it is giving the output exactly what we are expecting but when inserting/putting the data in archer this is not able to insert all the data at a time.

Please consider this as critical issue and please advise ASAP.

Custom Object is very unique beast. It is impossible to say out of blue why it does not work.

We can comment once we see the full code.

Plus not all libraries are supported by different browsers and Archer. Same for functions. It is all case by case.

Are there any errors being outputted in the console?

To echo Ilya Khen‌ statement, without posting your source code there isn't much help that can be provided.
