Dear RSA Archer Customers:

 

Please be advised that with RSA Archer Release 6.2 Patch 5 (6.2.0.5) that was made available beginning September 7, 2017, we have noted customer reports of issues related to licensing. These issues include loss of access to solutions, worksheets, and dashboards, with the impact varying by customer.

 

We are actively investigating the root cause and working toward resolution of these issues. At the same time, we are working to prepare a patch release that will, in most cases, revert the provisioning to what was in place prior to the upgrade to Release 6.2 Patch 5. We anticipate availability of this patch early the week of October 2, 2017. We will provide updates here as they become available.
