With more opportunities than ever to leverage your integrated risk management (IRM) program to protect and grow your business, organizations like yours are looking to cloud-ready implementations for IRM solutions that deliver what you need today and what you’ll need as your IRM program continues to grow and mature.
With that in mind, I’m pleased to announce that we have selected Amazon Web Services (AWS) for the RSA Archer Hosted Services. Migration activity is scheduled to begin no sooner than 90 days and targeted to be complete by the end of Q3 2019. Current RSA Archer Hosted Services customers will receive additional information as we get closer to the migration date.
Working with AWS, we can offer RSA Archer Hosted customers the same features of our current Hosted Services, with the immediate added benefits of:
- Resiliency – high reliability and proven toolset to remediate potential issues
- Scalability – increased capacity to quickly meet our customers’ growing needs, whether more users or more activity
- Visibility – additional monitoring and telemetry data to identify potential environmental issues and shorten resolution times
In addition to these immediate benefits, this move to AWS also represents the first step in RSA Archer’s SaaS strategy. For future enhanced SaaS offerings, AWS will provide additional benefits, including:
- Capability to support innovative product features
- Ability to closely monitor activity and provide direct insight into customer instances
- Enable greater control and configurability for customers
