@Anonymous @JeffLetterman On PowerBI I don't see all fields when I make a call to /contentAPI/Control_Self_Assessments_1For example, i am looking for a few value lists (Quarter, Overall Status) and I don't see any of those. How do I locate them?

@JeffLetterman I still don't get the most recent records when I use $top. Do you have any other suggestions on how I can retrieve most recent 1000 records from over a 70000+ records?

Thanks. I figured out that the value list fields were dependent on another table, so I was able to find them when I looked in 'Transform Data' tab.

Yes, I am using sysadmin account. I was able to pull all of the fields using /$metadata on the API Testing tool, but it doesn't seem to be working that way on Power BI. Is there a config change that's needed?
