If you find yourself needing to make a bulk purchase of training using a credit card on behalf of others, kindly follow the steps shown below.

  1. Log into our learning portal following these instructions:

  2. Click the Store link at the top of the learning portal: 

  3. Find the course or exam of interest and add one to your shopping cart. Once you add the item to your cart, you'll see a pop-up that looks like this, with an option to Click Here to purchase in bulk or on behalf of someone else:

  4. Click that link. You'll be taken to a page where you have the option to indicate the quantity of that item, as well as indicate if you already know who will be using each purchase or not:

  5. If you indicate you have the names of any of the students, you'll be offered fields to list their information: 

  6. If you don't list names for any or for all, upon completion of the order, you'll be provided with coupon codes for each item purchased, and you can then provide those codes to the student(s) of your choosing. Those individuals can then log in via their own accounts, add the items to their shopping cart, and use their coupon code to waive the payment required.

**Important note: A current limitation of the system is that it will assume you want the same number of each item in your cart. If you want to purchase 2 of one item and 3 of another, kindly complete these purchases in separate transactions.
