Details Smart Data Publication (SDP) provides an efficient method to deliver bulk data for reporting needs outside of Archer SaaS, whether to a BI tool, data lake, or other system for retention and reporting needs.  Utilizing cloud native services, it’s been specifically engineered with security and operational efficiencies in mind, specifically avoiding transmission interruptions and removing the need for customers to expose key databases to the internet. Summary Archer announces General Availability for the Archer SaaS offering in Canada. Details Our newest offering is built to satisfy the growing demand for data residency requirements within Canada. As a continuation of our worldwide expansion strategy to provide a presence in high-demand regions, Canada SaaS is the fourth Archer SaaS region launched and provides: Support for the full set of Archer use cases Flexible pricing model SaaS-specific contract terms Delivery on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform Our newest expansion is located in Montreal, Canada (ca-central-1) and utilizes multiple Availability Zones to manage fault tolerance and provide high availability.   Summary Archer SaaS January 2022 release includes Archer 6.10, bug fixes from 6.10 P1, Archer Cloud Status, and Secure Data Transfer Enforcement. When Upgrades for U.S. and EMEA will occur on Friday January 21, while APJ will occur Saturday January 21 during non-business hours for non-production. See Service Notifications for further details. It shows both the current availability status and a consolidated historical view. Subscriptions allow for ease of monitoring. Securing Data Transfers To strengthen our environment security, we will require SSL (FTPS/SFTP) for all FTP transports. The provided FTP site will no longer support clear text FTP for Archer SaaS and Archer Hosted Services. Enforcement will occur in the near future with advanced notification provided. No action is needed by Administrators or Users for FTP data feeds. See attachment below for user experience changes.
