Summary: RSA, a Dell Technologies business, announces the scheduled End of Primary Support (EOPS) for RSA Archer Suite version 6.1 as well as all derivative patches effective May 31, 2019. No Extended Support will be offered for this version. Customers under current maintenance contracts can update to the latest version of RSA Archer Release 6.6. Platforms: RSA Archer Release 6.1, 6.1 Patch 1, and 6.1 Patch 2. Details: Customers who have deployed RSA Archer Release 6.1.x are encouraged to update to the latest version RSA Archer Release 6.6.   Please contact your local RSA Sales Representative or RSA Customer Support if you have questions about the update. Full details and instructions for updating to RSA Archer Release 6.6 are provided in the RSA Archer 6.6 Platform Installation and Upgrade Guide.    Recommended upgrade paths to the latest version is: 6.1.x  to 6.6 (the latest release)   For upgrades from RSA Archer Release 6.0 or earlier, please note that an upgrade to 6.1+ requires a new license key that is specific to your environment.  To obtain a new license key, please follow these instructions.    There are a number of environmental prerequisites which are different between RSA Archer Release 6.1 and RSA Archer Release 6.6. RSA Archer Release 6.6 requires the database element of the environment be deployed on Microsoft SQL Server 2016 SP1 (and above) or Microsoft SQL Server 2017. Additionally, Microsoft .NET 4.7.2 must be installed on the web and services hosts.
