The Archer Community is currently facing an issue where attachments in .DOCX format are not being indexed properly. This means that these pages are not showing up on boards or in searches.
It is important to note that this issue affects ALL pages that have a .DOCX file attached. This means that if you are searching for a document that has an attached .DOCX format, this document/page may not be visible in searches or on boards.
The Community platform support team is aware of this issue and is actively working on a solution. However, it is not yet clear when the fix will be implemented. We will provide updates to the Community as soon as the issue is resolved.
