Archer has historically offered two “resilience” solutions. The first is Archer Business Resiliency - this solution has been available for many years and offers the traditional approach to business continuity and recovery. The solution includes the following use cases: The Archer Business Impact Analysis; Business Continuity & IT Disaster Recovery Planning (BC/DR); Incident Management; and Crisis management.
The second solution is Archer Operational Resilience. Archer began offering this solution in 2021 to address regulations in the UK, the European Union, Australia, and other regions requiring financial firms to implement specialized operational resilience programs. The solution includes two use cases which are the BIA use case and a new use case – Operational Scenario Analysis that includes extensive scenario analysis and testing, and is an umbrella that incorporates Business Resiliency, Third Party Risk Management, and Operational Risk Management.
To simplify and streamline our offerings for customers, Archer is combining the Business Resiliency solution and Operational Resilience solution into one solution called Archer Resilience Management. Archer Resilience Management encompasses a range of capabilities, including risk management, third-party resilience management, incident management and crisis planning, business continuity and IT disaster recovery, and operational resilience.
Our goal is to help organizations prepare to withstand and recover from adverse events, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, supply chain disruptions, or geopolitical disruptions, minimize the impact of disruptions, maintain the ability to deliver products and services, and mitigate impacts to operations, people, and reputation.
