We are on a mission to improve the user experience in every aspect of the Archer User Interface through multiple milestones. One of the milestones we released in Archer v6.13 is the new Global Navigation, which significantly improved user experience. It has received an overwhelmingly positive response, suggesting we are on the right track. And we also received a few enhancements suggestions from you that we have added to our roadmap.

However, we must also retire the classic feature to streamline the experience. As discussed in the earlier blogwe are removing the classic Global Navigation experience and related options in Archer v6.14 and transitioning all users to the new Global Navigation.

We are also introducing a small change to our SaaS and Hosted deployment of v6.13.x release. We will enable the admin option for the new Global Navigation by default so that users can access it and become ready to transition when Archer v6.14 is deployed in their environments. Though we don't foresee a reason, if Admins want to turn it off, they can do so for the SaaS environment via Archer Instance Manager. Hosted customers can contact Technical Support to request turning off the new Global Navigation at an instance level.

Archer v6.14 is scheduled for release during Q3-Q4 2023.
