Assessments are a key part of bottom-up risk assessment processes.  They help us identify and mitigate potential risks, hazards, vulnerabilities and liabilities within the financial, environmental, operational or security domains of our enterprise.  Risk managers sometimes get a little excited at this opportunity to acquire insights within their organization and provide a plethora of questions for our teams to review.  These lengthy assessments can pose a challenge to the business users assigned to respond to those hundreds of questions.

Finding unanswered questions within a lengthy assessment can also challenge business users as they save their work and complete assessments. When an Archer admin adds required fields to their assessments, users must find and answer that required question before they are able to save their progress. Finding those unanswered questions so they can save their work can challenge the end user when there are hundreds of questions with multiple required fields within an assessment.

The new Archer Questionnaire Assistant tool & utility simplifies the assessment business user experience. Business users can quickly assess the progress of their assessment by reviewing the status information at the top of the assessment.

In addition, users can review a list of questions that still require answers. From this list, the user can identify which questions are required fields and click on the link to navigate directly to the unanswered question. Users can use this tool to provide answers for those required, unanswered fields so that they can save their assessment progress.

The Archer Questionnaire Assistant tool & utility is custom code that can be added to any Archer questionnaire and provides real-time information displaying key information and links about assessment progress.
