Archer Working Group Updates

Many of you have faced challenges finding, joining and then being active in the Archer Working Group group hub. The community team has been working to simplify this process so that any registered customer, partner or employee can view related working group content and participate in the events and discussions.  

As of today, the Archer Working Group can now be found in the same location on the Archer Community (within News, Events & Groups). The existing content from the previous "Group Hub" has been moved into the new category and can be viewed by registered Archer Community users that have customer, partner or employee permissions.  Unfortunately, we were not able to move the completed “Events” information, but upcoming working group Events can be accessed from the new location.

If you are an existing customer or partner and are not seeing this content, please send an email to community.support@archerirm.com and we would be happy to update your user account information so that you are able to participate in the Archer Working Groups.

We hope this move will help you and your risk colleagues continue to provide valuable feedback to the Archer Product team. And speaking of that, we have several upcoming Working Groups to gather your feedback (please note you must be logged in as an Archer customer to see the meeting details):

 

Archer Cloud Status

We have found that support cases are often created by SaaS customers during maintenance windows.  Thus, the Archer Community team has also added an Archer Environment Statuses box to the Self-Troubleshooting Service page.

This box provides links to Archer Cloud Status  to provide information as to whether there are any known system performance issues that have already been reported as well as the Archer Service Advisories to help you know if there is scheduled or emergency maintenance that is underway.
