Archer has reintroduced and reimplemented our VoC program. The VoC program allows us to gather feedback and insights from our customers, about their experiences with our company, products, and services. We solicit feedback in many forms, such as our bi-annual VoC survey, transactional interactions, and Customer Experience Open Forums. Archer implements changes to our solution by leveraging the insights we gather from our customers.
