The Archer Exchange is excited to announce our final quarterly release for 2023! This November announcement marks our very first release highlighting new and updated offerings on the new ArcherIRM.Exchange user experience. This announcement introduces several new offerings to the Archer Exchange.

Last March, NIST announced a framework to help organizations manage risks associated with artificial intelligence (AI). The NIST AI Risk Management Framework is intended to improve the ability to incorporate trustworthiness considerations into the design, development, use, and evaluation of AI products, services, and systems.  In August, we announced the NIST AI Risk Management Framework Authoritative Source to help incorporate this authoritative source into your Policy Program Management use case.  And this quarter, we have introduced the Archer NIST-Aligned AI Risk Management Framework App-Pack to help assess your AI implementation and mitigate gaps.

The new Archer Questionnaire Assistant is a handy utility that Archer Admins can add to any questionnaire to help end users understand which questions remain unanswered for an assessment. The tool provides a visual cue highlighting required and unanswered questions allowing users to quickly navigate and provide answers for those questions so that they can save their assessment progress.

The Unified Compliance Framework (UCF) Common Controls Hub integration has been significantly revamped to incorporate UCF regulations and controls within the Archer Policy Program Management and Archer IT Policy Program Management use cases.  This new design provides a better way to incorporate UCF controls into Archer to support regulatory management and requires only one on demand application (ODA).  Organizations will need to work with UCF to acquire the Common Controls Hub content license as the content is no longer provided as a part of the integration.

Archer has also introduced three new items to the content library this quarter, including the U.S. Interagency Guidance on Third Party Relationships, the Saudi Arabian Essential Cybersecurity Controls authoritative source, and the Australian Victorian Protective Data Security Framework authoritative source.

In addition to these offerings, our team has also provided updates to 5 app-packs, 1 tool & utility, 5 integrations, and 3 content offerings. Be sure to check out the Release Announcement with all resources related to this quarter’s announcement.
