Archer announces the retirement of the Archer IRM mobile App, effective October 1, 2023. The application will be removed from both the Android Play Store and Apple App Store.  Although the Archer IRM mobile app will continue to function for current customers, it will no longer be supported after October 1, 2023.   

Summary Archer announces the End of Primary Support (EOPS) for the RSA Archer Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Mobile app, effective November 30, 2022. Subsequently, the application will be removed from the Apple store. For customers wanting a prebuilt BCM mobile application, we recommend our integration with Konexus, which provides the ability to view BCM plans and critical content if Archer is offline.    Details While the BCM Mobile application will continue to function for current customers, it will no longer be supported after November 31, 2022.    End of Product Support Policy Archer has a defined End of Primary Support policy associated with all major versions. Summary Archer announces availability of Archer Mobile Release 1.4. This update provides the capability to login via single sign-on using native SAML 2.0 integration Platforms The app is generally available to Archer customers running Archer Release 6.7 or above. Archer Release 6.9 SP2 or above is required to utilize the new enhancement available in Archer Mobile Release 1.4. The app supports iOS versions 12, 13 and 14 and Android versions 8, 9, 10 and 11. Details Archer Mobile Release 1.4 delivers enhancement to support Single Sign-On (SSO) capability in the mobile app along with an additional field type support. Native SAML 2.0 support for SSO Earlier this year, we added capability to have Single Sign-On using ADFS in Archer Mobile. This capability is now being augmented to support those customers as well who are using SAML 2.0 based SSO in their ACP.  No additional configuration is required on top of the existing ACP configuration. Multiple IDPs, if configured in ACP, are supported. Manual bypass, if enabled in ACP, is also supported. Record Status field Archer mobile now supports record status as a new field type which can be configured in a mobile layout.
