The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have partnered up to develop checklists to help organizations in the event of pandemic influenza. In addition, they also created a checklist to help U.S. businesses with overseas operations prepare and implement pandemic business continuity. Businesses play a key role in protecting employees’ health and safety as well as limiting the negative impact to the economy and society. Planning for pandemic influenza is critical. With these checklists, organizations can identify important, specific activities to prepare for pandemic influenza emergencies.
The U.S. HHS/CDC Business Pandemic Influenza Planning Checklist Content is provided in two forms to improve the access to the checklists. These checklists can be imported into the RSA Archer Business Continuity & IT Disaster Recovery Planning use case as a BC/DR Plan or a questionnaire for the Question Library.
