As the world of transactional buying continues its shift from simple goods and commodities towards complex services, the business outcomes, and in turn, the contracts have become increasingly complex. The traditional contract management technology, with its truncated view of the contract lifecycle that pretty much ends at signature, fails to address this increased complexity resulting in sub-optimal value realization and unwanted risk exposure in enterprise engagements. In contrast, Sirion Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) offers seamless functionality across the complete lifecycle of a contract - from contract authoring and signature to active in-life management - enabling enterprises to better manage their buy-side and sell-side engagements.
The SirionLabs CLM integration with Archer eliminates functional silos by connecting existing enterprise systems across Integrated Risk Management and Contract Lifecycle Management functions. When a contract is created in the Contracts application within Archer, a trigger is initiated notifying the SirionLabs CLM system to create a Contract Draft Request (CDR) with the necessary data fetched from the Archer contract.
The SirionLabs CLM Integration enables organizations to:
Create a contract in the Archer Contracts application that triggers a draft request and maps the contract details to the SironLabs CLM platform.
Utilize SirionLabs CLM functionality to manage the contract lifecycle for contracts created in the Archer Contract application.
This offering has been validated on Archer Platform release 6.8. Note: This integration is available up through Archer Release 6.9 SP2. This integration uses XML Notifications and the XML Notification functionality will be retired from the platform after Archer Release 6.9 SP2.
