Strategic risk management is the process of identifying, assessing, and managing the risk in the organization's strategy that includes taking action when risks exceed the organization's tolerance.  The first step to strategic risk management is identifying risks within the organization that have potential to impact the execution of the strategy.  Performing a risk assessment against the strategic risks allows organization's to understand the level of impact to the organization and how prepared they are in the event the risk were to occur.  Understanding the level of preparedness and prioritizing allows organizations to implement remediation plans to minimize the risks. 

The Archer Strategic Risk Management app-pack enables organizations to document strategic risks and relate them to the impacted strategies.  The offering also captures the results of the risk assessment in order to help organizations understand the level of preparedness and prioritize execution of the remediation plans.  With the  Archer Strategic Risk Management app-pack organizations can monitor their strategic risks and execute remediation plans to avoid impacts to the organization's strategy.
