The Archer Experts eDiscovery Management app-pack was designed to solve a common disconnect that users experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems regarding data privacy; separation from the actual data they are answering questions for in the GRC tool. Users are frequently required to complete assessments in a technology vacuum by mining their content repositories as a separate workstream from their interaction with a GRC system. Data sources often reside in multiple tools, platforms, file shares, databases, and corporate environments, making the data finding process tedious and time consuming. 

With the Archer Experts eDiscovery Management App-Pack, Archer can be integrated with an eDiscovery platform to automatically import metadata from a targeted data set into Archer on a scheduled basis. In doing so, users can complete assessments in an informed, unified, and seamless way.

  • Ability to import, aggregate, and assess attributes from your organization’s Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Payment Card Industry (PCI), Personal Health Information (PHI), financial records, user accounts, or any other data categories in a summary dashboard view
  • View your native data attributes and track your data exposure from your environment or endpoints in your Archer system to enable a seamless assessment workflow
  • Report on data governance findings and risk from an integrated view
