The Archer Exchange provides tons of options that allow you to meet the exact needs of your Archer use cases by letting you get only what you need. For the past 4 years it has provided our customers with app-packs, content, integrations, and tools & utilities that let our customers continue to operate as smoothly as possible.
In order to continue providing you the best product, we are going back and updating some of our earlier offerings. We are going to recertify and validate each app-pack with our most recent Archer platform version, utilizing the newest platform capabilities to enhance your user experience.
Today, I would like to talk about the Archer Support Requests App-Pack. As one of our first app-packs, this offering has been helping our customers by providing an easy to use process for tracking user access requests, risk & compliance needs, and process improvement requests. Currently, Archer Support Requests only requires 1 on-demand application and 2 application pre-requisites. In our update we would like to understand if the existing process and advanced workflow is still applicable. In addition, we would like to include a dependency field to link existing support requests, and many dashboard improvements such as the use of featured landing pages, featured metrics, and the addition and consolidation of charts, and more.
In order to provide the best product that aligns with the goals and needs of our customers, we would love to hear your feedback:
