I reverted a record that was out of the AWF back to a node that was in the AWF. This did not re-enroll the record in AWF, which is what I wanted. Then I attempted to move the record back to the completed (out of the AWF), and now the "Workflow Job Status" is in "Error." And when I attempt to "complete node" it gives me the following message: "Unable to change state of work item 93073:CUST:6 (Extend/Update Decision) because job 12921:CUST (Risk Assessment Exception :263) is not in the Active state (current state is Error).." When I look into the "Error History" it says the following: "Node instance Extend/Update Decision in job 12921:CUST did not select an outbound path." Does anyone know how I can resolve this so that it's back to completed and out of the AWF?
