Add records in 'Questionnaire comments' subform

Hi,

Is it possible to add new records manually or through datafeed or any other way in the “Questionnaire Comments” subform section in which usually the comments which are added in the sticky notes that is present next to the questions  gets reflected automatically.

Our requirement is .. we are having a questionnaire created sometime back in 2020 with around 30-40 questions .In this questionnaire recently we have added 2-3 questions newly. Since the user wants to show up these new questions in old records also we have created these questions as normal type instead of question type.

But the issue is the user wants to add some comments for these questions while answering or reviewing them. And wants all these comments to be shown up in the “Questionnaire comments” subform section mentioned above .  So that they can directly go there  and view them. Is there any way to do it. We believe there is no “add new” option available in the questionnaire comments subform for allowing the users to add comments directly there.

For all the old questions they are using the sticky notes option for adding the comments.

Yes, in the configuration options of the sub form field, you can check the check box to allow users to add comments directly in the sub form from edit / view mode.

However, on the new non questionnaire fields, you won't have the associated "sticky / post it note" beside the new 'Questions'.
