The Archer Community will not be available for a 3-hour time period on Monday, April 3, 2023 between the hours of 11:59 p.m. PST and Tuesday, April 4, 2023 4:00 a.m. PST for scheduled maintenance.
During the maintenance window, you are advised not to create any new content or reply to any existing content. This is to ensure that no data is lost or corrupted during the maintenance process. Furthermore, the Inbox and subscription notifications will be unavailable during this time.
However, even though the Archer Community will be undergoing maintenance, users will still be able to generate cases. This means that the platform will not be entirely inaccessible, and you can still report issues and request assistance during the maintenance window.
