The Archer Exchange team has some very exciting news to share this quarter. The team has been hard at work on several new, highly requested offerings for our May 2023 Archer Exchange announcement.

First, let’s highlight availability of the 2023 Shared Assessment Standard Information Gathering (SIG) Question Library Content.  Using a robust compilation of questions, the Shared Assessments SIG template is designed to gather information pertinent to determining how risks are managed across a spectrum of 19 risk control areas, or “domains,” within a service provider’s environment. Archer has organized and formatted the SIG question library content to allow the files to be easily imported into Archer for use within a questionnaire or Archer Engage for Vendors.

We are also excited to bring you the new Archer Individual Accountability Management App-Pack providing a framework to help manage accountability for key individuals within your organization. Accountability is quickly becoming a top-of-mind issue for financial organizations in Australia and EMEA.  Regulations like SMCR (Senior Managers and Certification Regime) in EMEA and FAR (Financial Accountability Regime) in Australia provide a governance process designed to reduce harm to consumers and strengthen market integrity by assuring organizations hold individuals accountable for their conduct and competence.  The Archer Individual Accountability Management app-pack offers insight into accountability coverage for Executives and Operational Teams by providing visibility into individuals’ background, eligibility and more.

Archer is also introducing our new Archer ZIP Management Tool & Utility designed to help end users easily download multiple attachment files. There are several Archer offerings, such as Archer Audit Engagement & Workpapers, Archer Financial Controls Monitoring, or Archer Exam Management, where end users heavily engage in adding attachments.  This offering automatically downloads all files present within specific attachment fields and creates appropriately named subfolders, eliminating the need to manually create folders and move downloaded files into those folders. Downloads are restricted to only the files from records and fields to which the user has access.

In addition to our new offerings, Archer Exchange Documentation is moving to the Archer Help Center.  All Archer Exchange Implementation Guides are now available on the Archer Help Center.  Archer Exchange offering documentation will be available on both the Archer Help Center and the Archer Community for a period of time while we update the 300+ offering documentation links to their new location on the Archer Help Center.

Last, we are very excited to bring you a new type of offering in the coming quarter –Accelerators. Over the years, our customers and partners have asked us to create accelerators that take Archer’s out-of-the-box use cases and enhance them or configure them to match the requirements for a specific geography, industry and more. Accelerators will enable Archer and our partners to deliver pre-built configurations of an Archer use case quickly and easily via the Archer Exchange. Look for new accelerator offerings to be available in the coming months.

In addition to all of these great new offerings, we have updated 3 app-packs, 2 integrations, and 3 offerings in our content library. So be sure to check out the Release Overview for all resources related to this quarter’s announcement.
