RSA Archer Hosted Services customers:
Please be advised that RSA Archer will be changing our U.S.-based data centers used in the provision of RSA Archer Hosted Services. This move is in response to Capgemini’s impending closure of data centers utilized by RSA Archer.
We expect the move of the Hosted Services to Virtustream data centers located within the United States to occur in the first half of December 2017. Customer data migrations will take place during weekend hours, at which times the Hosted Services are expected to be unavailable. Per the usual maintenance pattern, Non-Production instance data will be migrated first, followed by Production instance data. Scheduled maintenance notifications will be sent prior to and upon completion of Non-Production and Production customer data migrations.

- U.S. Non-Production:
- Start: 8:00pm Central Time, Friday, December 1, 2017
- End: 2:00am Central Time, Monday, December 4, 2017
- US Production:
- Start: 8:00pm Central Time, Friday, December 8, 2017
- End: 2:00am Central Time, Monday, December 11, 2017
