Today, Archer is introducing myArcher – your one-stop for obtaining license information and downloading the Archer Platform and Archer Engage.
myArcher provides Archer Admins with access to critical information about your Archer product license. It enables you to:
- View information about your Archer license and contract status, including a listing of your licensed Archer Use Cases
- Find active license key information for Archer products including:
- Service contract start and end dates
- Number of licensed users
- Number of Engage Vendors
- Number of On-Demand Application licenses
- Number of licensed Questionnaires
- Submit Archer Activation Request Tokens to retrieve Archer License Keys that will activate the Archer Platform and Use Cases
- Download the latest Archer Platform and Archer Engage releases
If you are currently an existing myRSA user, you have already received emails inviting you to access the new myArcher site. You can expect to receive two messages:
- An email that invites you to leverage the same login credentials that you use to login to the Archer Community; and
- An email providing the location of the new myArcher site.
If you are an existing myRSA user and did not receive these emails, please review your email Junk folder or email quarantine before connecting with your Account Representative for further support.
New Archer clients will receive first-time login instructions to myArcher via email once their order is complete.

While myRSA will remain available to Archer users through February 29, 2024, we recommend that you begin using myArcher for all licensing questions and Archer Platform/Engage downloads going forward.
