With the release of Archer version 2024.03, Technical Support is introducing an interactive Chatbot for our SaaS Archer Administrators.  This innovative technology is accessible directly in the Production UI, providing custom answers and empowering Archer Administrators to self-solve problems encountered with:

  • Access Control/Permissions
  • Archer Instance Manager (AIM)
  • Data Driven Events
  • Notifications
  • Packaging
  • Searching & Reporting

The below Role & Group will ship with the 2024.03 release and required to expose the Archer Chatbot to those Administrators who may not have the 'System Administrator' Role.  The Chatbot will be automatically visible to those users with the 'System Administrator' Role.

Role: ‘Troubleshooting Access’

Group: ‘Self-Help Admin’

Along with the Chatbot, we are introducing Outbound Messaging, enabling real-time/in-app. alerts for Administrators.  For example – upgrade reminders and status updates relative to a SaaS incident, etc.

And in the months to come, we have plans to improve upon the Chatbot capabilities by adding additional custom answer workflows, as well as integrating with Salesforce.
