How long should it take?

Got this for 30 minutes attempting to analyze a 46kb W3p file:

How can I get access to this page. The link currently displays the message:

"

You are unauthorized to view this page, please Sign in to continue"

even though I'm signed in.

@ManInSin  All customers and employees who are already signed in should be able to access it, if you're still facing an issue please report it via  RSA Link Support web form.

@ManInSin in addition to what's mentioned above, please make sure to register as a customer by selecting option “I am an RSA customer or partner” throughout your registration steps otherwise you need to re-register to get it fixed.

I get the same message as the above user You are unauthorized to view this page, please Sign in to continue or a page with the title and footer and that is it. I have been part of Link for years and I can download software etc.. What am I missing?
