Summary Archer announces general availability of Archer Release 6.12 Patch (P) 5 Hotfix 1 (6.12.0.5.1). This update contains fixes for the Archer Platform.   Release Date Mar 14, 2023   Platforms Archer Suite running on all supported Operating System (OS) platforms.   Recommendation Archer recommends customers apply this latest update. All releases are cumulative.  If you are running Archer Release 6.2 or earlier, you must first upgrade to Archer Release 6.8 and then upgrade to this latest release.  To obtain Release 6.8, please contact your account rep or open a support case.   Details Archer Release 6.12.0.5.1 includes fixes for the Archer Platform. For additional details, see the Release Notes. As a reminder, the following enhancements introduced with Release 6.12 Patch 5 are also included with 6.12 Patch 5 Hotfix 1 for the Archer Platform: Reporting Users with report saving permission can now save the width of report columns. Archer RESTful API The Security Events Report API now supports pagination, with each page returning a maximum of 50,000 events. Smart Data Publication Optimization improvements to efficiently process large files. Multiple Instance URL Support The Archer Control Panel now supports multiple domain URLs. Summary Archer Engage Agent release 2.2.0 contains support for Data Driven Events (DDEs) on record creation through Engage.   Details Archer Engage and Engage for Vendors Release 3.2.0 include the following enhancements: Support for the following DDE Actions on the record template: Apply Conditional Layout Display or Hide fields or sections Make fields or sections Read Only Require input in otherwise optional fields Set Date Set Values List Filter Values List   Please refer to this blog for key considerations for using the DDE feature in Engage record creation. Please refer to the release notes for more details on fixed and known issues.   Recommendations For On-premises Archer instances, Admins are required to newly install or upgrade their existing Engage Agent to Engage Agent Release 2.2.0 and Archer platform to version 6.9 SP3 or above to utilize changes available in this release. Key consideration for On-Prem admins: Select your region (APJ/EMEA/AMER) for new installations. This will provision your agent to publish to the Engage portal in your selected region.   Archer Engage for Vendors is available as a SaaS (Software as a Service) offering for on-premises, hosted, and SaaS Archer environments that have an active license for Archer Third-Party Risk Management and a base number of Vendors.
