Archer Instance Manager is now offered on a Limited Availability basis to Archer SaaS customers.


Archer SaaS offerings in the U.S, EMEA, APJ, and Canada regions.


Archer Instance Manager (AIM) puts control in the hands of our SaaS customers!  This stand-alone self-service portal allows SaaS customers to establish and maintain Single Sign-On, as well as the most requested Instance configuration changes.

  • Eliminates the need to open most Instance configuration support requests
  • Provides Administrative control for immediate resolution
  • Included with your SaaS subscription

This stage has us working with a limited number of predefined customers to ensure all functionality and flows work as expected, while making incremental improvements based on their feedback.  We’re moving fast, so keep an eye out for the General Availability advisory in the near future.
