- ProViso: ProViso content focuses on automating obligation management for customers. ProViso condenses thousands of requirements at the US federal and US state level to help customers automate their obligation management.
All of these content sets are now available in Archer.
The Wolters Kluwer Regulatory Data Feed integration allows you to automatically import Wolters Kluwer regulatory library content directly into the Archer Corporate Obligations Management or Archer IT Regulatory Management use case. This integration provides Archer customers with the ability to accept daily feeds from Wolters Kluwer in support of their regulatory change management program and overall compliance initiatives.
The enhancements made to the use case allows users to view the regulatory changes linked to the regulatory rules and provides a vast array of regulatory material to monitor and assess compliance impact for insurers. Archer then delivers the tools you need to analyze regulatory news, automatically notify responsible personnel, and proactively address issues before they impact your organization. Additionally, Archer produces real-time reports and user-specific dashboards to view regulatory news, type and impact to your organization, and to monitor the overall status of your regulatory change management program.

Archer On-Demand Application (ODA) Licenses
Depending on the Wolters Kluwer Content Source, a minimum of two (2) Archer On-Demand Application (ODA) licenses are required for the Wolters Kluwer Regulatory Data Feed Integration. Please check the implementation guide for number of ODAs required.
