Archer IoT Project Readiness Working Group (AMER/EMEA)
Wednesday, February 22, 2023
https://archerirm.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_rNBnGzJfT4KyYxYEevHDUQ
With the increase of usage for IoT devices, organizations need to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations to protect not only themselves but their customer’s data as well. They need to ensure they are following the proper procedures to protect the data coming in and out of the devices and how and where they are being stored. They also need to make sure all the IoT projects are being vetted to ensure system integration capabilities. With the Archer IoT Project Readiness App-Pack, you can document your IoT Projects for review and approval, so that you can prioritize them around your business goals and needs. In tracking the IoT Projects, you can minimize the risk and vulnerabilities before implementing the projects. And finally, you can ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements, especially around data privacy and IT Security. The Archer Exchange team is working to update this offering. We are always working to provide you with the best product for your use cases and would love to hear your feedback. Discussion on how Archer Delivers Product Release Information - Session 1 Working Group for Americas and EMEA time zones
Tuesday, February 28, 2023
https://archerirm.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_gm4SuKunSHOWx7WRhpGd4Q
The Archer team has spent the last few months reviewing what we provide in our releases and completed quite a bit of research looking at industry leaders in the technology space to find out what is “industry standard”. What we’ve found is that there are few standards out there. But we did discover a few things that other industry leaders are doing that we really liked and would want to incorporate into our plan. We have a lot of ideas for improving the information we provide about an Archer Release. But we don’t want to guess as to what is important to you. We plan to hold sessions that will cover 2 sets of topics and then provide those sessions twice in different time zones. This session will focus on: Changes to the Community structure and navigation Free Friday Tech Huddle updates Archer Ideas updates Registration is required to participate. Archer IIC-Aligned IoT Security Maturity Assessment Working Group (AMER/EMEA)
Wednesday, March 1, 2023
https://archerirm.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_7qLAH1pLQeyNTRK0raKS5A
The Security Maturity Model (SMM) was developed by the Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC) to provide a framework to assess IoT security practices and implementation. This framework helps organizations to understand where they are as far as security is concerned and identify the gaps from where they would like to be. It describes security domains and various techniques available and guidance as to which mechanisms they can use to achieve the desired security maturity level. With the Archer IIC-Aligned IoT Security Maturity Assessment App-Pack, the Security Maturity Model framework can be used to complete a risk assessment to determine your current security posture and document your desired security outcome. You can identify the security gaps and develop action plans to reach your desired security posture meanwhile focusing on standards, guidelines, and practices that work best for your organization or implementation. The Archer Exchange team is working to update this offering. We are always working to provide you with the best product for your use cases and would love to hear your feedback.
