If you don't already know about the Archer Exchange, we provide offerings that complement your existing Archer use cases. These could be app-packs, integrations, tools & utilities, or content. The Archer Exchange has been around for over 3 years and we've released over 400 offerings.

In an effort to keep up with our customers use cases and Archer platforms, we are revisiting the Archer app-packs released in our earlier releases. First, we will recertify and validate the app-pack for the most recent Archer platform version, utilizing our newest platform capabilities enhancing the user experience for our customers. In addition, we want to gather feedback from our customers to update the use case to better support your business processes.

The first app-pack I'd like to bring up is the Archer Project Management App-Pack. This was one of our first app-packs released on the Archer Exchange and provides a simple framework to help you manage your projects in Archer and provide visibility of your projects throughout the organization.

Currently, the app-pack requires 6 on-demand applications. With the update, I'd like to minimize the number of required on-demand applications making the other project management functions optional (i.e. program management, project expense and time tracking).  I would also like to add another Exchange offering to track test cases and results, which can be tied to your projects.

We're looking for your feedback:

  • Are you actively using this app-pack or would like to use this app-pack?
  • How are you using it?
  • Is there additional functionality you think may be useful?
  • What are your thoughts about the updates proposed above?
  • Do you have any other suggestions on how to improve the app-pack?

I'd like to incorporate the ideas and suggestions and present it in our working group on Wednesday January 13, 2021. To register, please click here. In the meantime, feel free to reach out to me by email at Christine.Tran@rsa.com or submit a comment below.
