Translation of Sub-form fields into notification body

I inserted into a notification (on-demand) body a field "Comments" that is a sub-form field of application.

I've done translations with csv file and, checking the UI, the fields are correctly translated in Italian. But when I get the notification with the Comments field inside, it is displayed as a table with header in english.

Is there a way to view these fields in Italian also into notifications?
