Hi,

Clients want to see a pre-defined template attached to each question by default. How can we achieve this? Refer below snip.

@mykgang,

Cannot you just place the templates somewhere in SharePoint or public place and put the link to there in Text Object, Custom Object, Help hint, calculated text field, etc.?
