Note: While you are able to sign up for an Archer Cloud ID using free email providers 
such as AOL, Google or Yahoo and then use this account to access other Archer Cloud services;
Email accounts registered with free email providers are *NOT* able to be used to sign into the Archer
Community.

Click "Need Help Signing In?" and then click on "Forgot Password?" 

After clicking "Forgot Password?", you will be instructed to enter your email address:

Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you haven’t received the email, contact your IT department to add the following to your list of trusted email domains:

- archerirm.com
- archerirm.cloud

 

Important Notes:

  1. Unfortunately, Archer Community does not allow registration with public email service providers such as Gmail or Outlook. To register, users must create an account using their company’s email domain. Accounts registered with free email providers cannot be used to sign into the Archer Community.
    - We require users to register with their business email due to our Case Portal integration with our Case Management Portal.
  2. Each Archer system uses your business email address as your unique identifier. As all of these systems - including the Archer Community, the Archer Case Management Portal, myArcher, and the Archer Exchange - are tightly coupled to your Company information, changing your existing business email / identification to match across all of these systems is not possible at this time. If you leave your current company to join a new Archer client or partnering organization, you will need to create a brand new user account that is tied to your new company's information.

 

When you reach this Archer Cloud page,  click on the Archer Community box (last tile on the right) to be fully registered.

Account activation, multi-factor authentication, as well as password reset emails are sent from this email.  It is therefore important that you can receive this email and complete the account set up process to actively participate in the Archer Community.

In order to ensure the security of our customers and community, the Archer team is restricted from setting a new password for you or sending passwords via email. 

In some cases your account may not yet exist in the Archer Cloud ID system. This may prevent you from receiving a password-reset email. In this scenario, please attempt to sign-up as a new user at: https://id.archerirm.cloud (see instructions below) then let us know if you would like your email address attached to a historical Archer Community username.

Dear,

I have an account on RSA community. I didn't receive any mail from Archerirm.cloud on 4th February So  Yesterday, I created new account on Archer community (https://www.archerirm.community). My account successfully created but it seems that it doesn’t have proper access. I am not able to raise support ticket, not able to start any conversation, not able to open KB. If trying to access some KB then it is giving me message that you do not have sufficient privileges.

Kindly assist as we are facing issue in production and not able to connect with RSA.

Hi,

I did not receive any email, hence had to create a new RSA account using the same email id. However I find that all the community articles are not accessible/visible for me. How to activate my new account so that all the community articles are accessible.?

Hi, same issue where i have limited access and not able to create support case/ visit discussion pages as it is showing me errors on "Access denied - you do not have privilege".

Need help here to resolve this, tried sending email to community.support@archerirm.com
still did not receive any response or acknowledgement on receiving my email/ requests for the past 3 working days.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! thanks

I have both RSA and Archer Community access (just create). However, for Archer access, I not able to raise support ticket, not able to select board to start a conversation, and not able to open KB. Please help

Ms. Yasmine,

I discovered the above threads regarding accounts not having access to many of the Archer areas...I too am unable to access many of the areas including submitting tickets tasked to me by my lead Admin.  I assumed that when Archer linked my account as an entry-level/new admin for our installation that I would inherit the functionality of my group but this does not seem to be the case.  Can you investigate into my account and see if anything is amiss or if something had been forgotten on my part?

Hi @dmonika , we have several accounts for KPMG on the system, so would you please provide the serial number and location/address of your enterprise to link your account to the right KPMG account in the case portal? And whether it’s a partner or a customer account?

I am able to login to Archer Community, but since last one week I am trying to download  Archer Installer Package  Archer Release 6.9 SP3.

But it says I don't have sufficient privilege, when I click on above hyperlink. Please help!

I am stuck at below step mentioned in myRSA page you have shared

  1. Hover over your serial number this will activate the hyperlink.
  2. Click on the License.
  3. Select the Version from the drop-down menu.

When I click on "Company Name /Location/Site ID", I am not getting Drop-Down menu. Instead I am going to myRSA > Product,
